Spiral Development - As the logo suggests, Stauder Technologies is a strong proponent of our own tailored view of the spiral development process. Spiral development creates a stream of continuous feedback from the user and customer, which provides a continuous fine-tuning of the system's requirements. In this case the evolution theory is preferred over the big-bang theory!

ISO 12207 Methodology - Quality Assurance and Configuration Management are critical to the success and longevity of any Software Development project. To this end, at Stauder we have adopted the ISO/IEC 12207 Information technology - Software life cycle processes.

Stauder Technologies is certified to comply with the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) Level 3. All methodologies and development standards comply with the CMMI for development.

Additionally, Stauder Technologies has received ISO-9001:2000 certification as a means to further improve quality and consistency across the enterprise. All existing and future software processes will comply with both CMMI Maturity Level 3 and ISO-9001:2001 standards for quality, process integration, and product improvement.
